1. Agreement on Temporary Employment of Citizens

Purpose: It allows skilled workers from India to work in Russia safely and legally. 

Authorities Involved: Government of the Republic of India & The Government of the Russian Federation 

2. Agreement on Combating Irregular Migration

Purpose: To stop illegal migration and ensure safe and rule based movement of people. 

Authorities Involved: Government of the Republic of India & The Government of the Russian Federation

3. Agreement on Cooperation in Medical Education, Science & Healthcare

Purpose: To work together on hospital medical studies, research and public health by exchanging information, specialists and joint scientific research.

4. Agreement on Food Safety Cooperation

Purpose: To make food safe by ensuring quality and compliance with hygienic and sanitary requirements of food products.

5. MOU on Training Specialists for Ships that are operating in Polar Waters

Purpose: To train India sailors through programs that are designed and facilitated by the Russian Agencies.

6. MOU on Maritime Cooperation

Purpose: To improve coordination in shipping, port development and sea routes.
