Berlin (Agencies): The airlines of the Lufthansa Group announced on Monday that it has extended its flight suspension to Tel Aviv, Israel until January 31, 2025, due to ongoing security concerns related to the conflict in the region.
The suspension applies to all airlines under the Lufthansa Group, including SWISS, Austrian Airlines, and Eurowings. Affected passengers have the option to rebook their tickets for future travel dates at no additional cost or opt for a full refund1.
Previously, the airline group had announced the suspension of flights to Tehran, Iran until the end of January and to Beirut, Lebanon until the end of February, both due to the wider conflict that began in October 2023
