ISLAMABAD (Agencies): Malaysia has decided to enhance its air defense capabilities by purchasing the Anza-3 MANPAD (Man-Portable Air Defense) surface-to-air missile systems from Pakistan.
The Anza-3, developed by Pakistan’s Kahuta Research Laboratories (KRL), is a state-of-the-art missile system designed for short-range air defense.
It features advanced infrared homing technology, allowing it to effectively target and neutralize aerial threats.
The Anza-3 system is known for its reliability and effectiveness, having been successfully deployed by the Pakistan Army in various operations.
With this purchase, Malaysia aims to bolster its national security and enhance its ability to protect its airspace from potential threats.
