GHAZI: Sirikot taxi driver murder case, the victim’s brother nominated the victim’s close friend and his wife in the murder, police arrested the spouse and obtained two days’ physical remand from the court.
According to the details, a dead body was found in a white-colored Suzuki Carry bearing No. LOV 5678 parked at the location of Sarikot, the hilly area of tehsil Ghazi. Later the dead body of the deceased was identified as Muhammad Asif Shah, son of Munsif Khan Resident of village Khairuch internal Sarikot who was working as Chowkidar in primary school Khairuch and also driving a taxi as a part-time job.
Muhammad Fayyaz Shah, the real brother of the deceased taxi driver Mohammad Asif Shah while filing an application with police station Ghazi claimed that one Munawar Shah resident of Sirikot, and his wife Bushra Bibi were involved in the murder of his brother. He said that the spouse had hired the vehicle of his brother to travel anywhere and later dead body of his brother was found in the vehicle. On the application of the brother of deceased Asif Shah, police arrested the spouse and obtained two days of physical remand from the court to investigate the matter whereas the case had already been registered under section 302 PPC.
