Peshawar (Khyber Mail): The U.S. Mission to Pakistan and the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) have announced the call for applications for the 2026 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program, a prestigious fully funded exchange program by the U.S. Department of State.
This non-degree fellowship offers mid-career professionals the opportunity to enhance leadership skills, expand professional networks, and gain insights from experts in various fields. The program lasts 10 to 12 months and includes academic coursework, professional development, internships, and networking opportunities at leading U.S. universities.
- Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must: – Be Pakistani nationals residing in Pakistan throughout the application process. – Have 8-18 years of progressive professional experience in their sector. – Hold a four-year Bachelor’s degree or a combination of a two-year Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree (totaling 16 years of education). – Demonstrate fluency in spoken and written English. – Show commitment to returning to Pakistan and contributing to the country’s development. – Provide a guarantee of reemployment upon returning.
