ISLAMABAD (Agencies): Pakistan has fully reopened its airspace for all flights after days of closures due to escalating hostilities with India. The Pakistan Airport Authority (PAA) announced on Saturday that normal flight operations would resume, following a ceasefire agreement between the two neighboring nations.

Since Wednesday, airspace restrictions had left hundreds of passengers stranded as Pakistan responded to missile strikes from India by suspending flights. Airports across the country were affected, with Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) diverting aircraft and adjusting schedules.

Officials confirmed that operations would gradually return to normal, as airlines reposition aircraft and passengers receive updated flight schedules. PIA resumed services on Saturday night, with flights, including PK750 from Paris to Islamabad, resuming their original routes.

The disruptions led to widespread delays and inconvenience for travelers, but authorities emphasized that the temporary restrictions were necessary for security reasons. Now, with tensions easing, full restoration of air travel is expected in the coming days.

Passengers are advised to check with airlines for the latest flight schedules as Pakistan moves toward stabilizing operations across its airports.
