London (Agencies): The legal battle between Prince Harry and Associated Newspapers (ANL), publishers of the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday, continues as a bid to have the case dismissed was rejected by the court.

The judge ruled against ANL’s argument that the claims were brought too late, allowing the case to proceed.

The lawsuit alleges unlawful information gathering, including hiring private investigators, phone tapping, and impersonation, with claimants including Prince Harry, Elton John, Liz Hurley, and others.

The judge stated that each claimant has a real prospect of demonstrating concealment of facts by ANL. The case highlights Prince Harry’s ongoing efforts to address privacy concerns and reform media practices.
