AMSTERDAM (Agencies): In a significant development, the International Criminal Court (ICC) in Amsterdam has requested an arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Israeli Defense Minister Gallant. The request comes on the grounds of alleged war crimes.

The ICC prosecutor stated that there are reasonable grounds to believe that Prime Minister Netanyahu bears criminal responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity. This marks a significant escalation in the international legal scrutiny faced by Israeli officials.
