ISLAMABAD (Agencies): The price of 24 karat gold per tola witnessed a decrease of Rs.1,600, bringing it down to Rs. 238,000 on Saturday. This is a drop from its previous trading day’s price of Rs. 239,600.
The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also saw a reduction, falling by Rs.1,257 to Rs. 204,047. In contrast, the price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold rose to Rs.187,043, as reported by the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
The prices of per tola and ten gram silver remained steady at Rs. 2,620 and Rs. 2,254.80 respectively.
Interestingly, the price of gold in the international market saw an increase, rising by $4 to $2,301 from its previous value of $2,297, according to the Association.
