PESHAWAR (Khyber Mail): The Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), in collaboration with the University of Hull, UK, and FATA University, has successfully secured a competitive project under the Pak-UK Education Gateway Mobility Partnership for Faculty.

This noteworthy partnership, jointly funded by the British Council and the Higher Education Commission through the Pakistan UK Education Gateway, represents a significant step forward in promoting faculty exchanges between Pakistani and UK higher education institutions.

As a part of this project, IMSciences organized a comprehensive three-day event featuring a series of seminars and workshops conducted by faculty members from IMSciences and FATA University.

The event, led by Dr. Zahid Ullah, Assistant Professor at IMSciences, served as a platform to foster collaboration, facilitate the exchange of knowledge, and ignite a shared vision for future advancements in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Smart Agriculture, and Robotics.

This initiative has laid the groundwork for deeper academic cooperation and promising research opportunities.

The three-day event witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty members and students representing IMSciences, the University of Hull UK, FATA University, ARID University, and Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU).

The central theme of the event revolved around “Robotics and Artificial Intelligence for Smart Farming, Sustainability, and Industry Automation.” This achievement underscores the unwavering commitment of IMSciences, the University of Hull, and FATA University to nurture international academic collaborations and drive innovation in crucial research areas. It reaffirms the significance of collaborative endeavors in advancing knowledge and addressing global challenges.

Prof. Dr. Usman Ghani, Director of IMSciences, delivered closing remarks during the event and presented tokens of appreciation in the form of shields to faculty members from the University of Hull, FATA University, and IMSciences, acknowledging their valuable contributions.
