New battle conditions call for the Army to have precision lethal and nonlethal fires that can be fired from land to produce effects in all domains, as joint, multidomain operations are expected to be increasingly common. MOSCOW (Agencies): The Russian Defense Ministry has reported that their air defense systems successfully intercepted 3 Ukrainian Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) missiles over the Black Sea. In addition, they also neutralized 25 rockets from the Vampire Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) and 3 drones in the Belgorod Region.

The ministry’s statement highlighted that the Kiev regime had attempted to launch terrorist attacks on Russian territory using the RM-70 Vampire MLRS, unmanned aerial vehicles, and ATACMS tactical missiles. These attempts were thwarted as the air defense systems on duty managed to destroy 25 rockets and three drones over the Belgorod Region, and three ATACMS tactical missiles over the Black Sea.

Russian officials have consistently emphasized that Ukraine is intentionally targeting civilian infrastructure. They have called for the Kiev regime to be recognized as a “terrorist state”.
